Since updating to iPadOS 14 I am not able to log into any optimum WiFi hotspots. I’ve spoken with customer service at optimum they say it’s a known issue with 14. I hoped that the patch from 14.0.1 to 14.1 would clear it, it did not.
Is this a known issue? or .....

i checked the carrier settings. They are up to date. Verizon 43.0 is what is shown with no option to update.
