After updating my phone to iOS 14 and then to iOS 14.1 my microphone has stopped working can anyone tell me why or how to fix this?

Microphone works perfectly everyplace but on calls. If people stay on the line long enough it starts working. It takes a few minutes. I reset once and my xs went back to ios 13 and fixed the issue. As soon as 14 reinstalled same problem came back.
