ZOOM VIRTUAL BACKGROUND WITH GREEN SCREEN

Why is my background stay GREEN, but my FACE turns into the virtual background? I have selected GREEN SCREEN on virtual background but instead of the photo showing where my green screen is, my whole head is part of the photo! HELP! Thanks :)

Once I add the effect to the clip, it zooms in on the chin of the person and I can't find a way to zoom back out of it. Zoom virtual background requirements My zoom says I need a green screen for backgrounds. I seem to have the correct virtual background requirements, although I may be missing something. Can someone advise please? Thank you.
