forgot both Apple ID and password
Cant access iPad because I forgot both Apple ID and password .How do I recover it

Apple ID - How to find your Apple An iCloud e-mail address is an Apple ID.
For the Apple ID password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID and click Forgot Password.
