If you had a 75 year old automobile you would take it to an enthusiast or specialist to fix.
The only place you might find help is with a specialist independent repair shop. We don't usually recommend this but Apple will be no help and trade in value is zero.

You do realize you are asking a phone introduced almost a decade ago (iPhone 4s was released in 2011)? Maybe it's time to acknowledge it had a great run, but has long since passed its prime.
Yes, I know it old, but it does everything I need. I don't see any reason to buy a new one for more than is my monthly SS check.
Hopefully the link Peter provided will help you. At some time, you'll find the phone will just no longer work.
The iPhone 4s is a extremely outdated phone and I don’t think apple is offering repair services for it anymore and you should upgrade
