How do you delete podcasts from a desktop mac Mini? system is current. Half my hard drive is stupid podcasts I've never listened to.

Follow this Apple's guide to delete podcasts from you Podcasts app:

Moreover, check the Automatically Download Episodes setting in the General section of Podcasts app's Preferences.
