iPhone 11 Pro wifi issues

This is such a pain in the butt - I've had Apple phones since they came out and from Day 1 this phone has been trouble. It shows connected to WiFi but won't back up and I can't get to internet with WiFi, I have to use cellular. Anyone else ready to trade their phone back to the iPhone 8 model????????????

You state the iPhone shows that you appear to be connected to wi-fi, however you cannot get on the internet. If you go to Settings>Wi-FI, then tap the (i) to the end of your connected wi-fi, if you look at the IP address information, does it match with your router, and does it have Automatic by Configure IP and a valid subnet and router IP address? Have you tried to connect to another wi-fi network not at your home? What were you told when you went to the Apple Store for assistance?
