It looks like you're having some recent battery issues with your Apple Watch not lasting throughout the day. Making sure your battery is able to support your watch throughout the day to keep in contact with friends and family, as well as tracking your health information is very important. On your Apple Watch, in Settings > Battery, do you see an alert? What is your Battery Health?
Make sure that your Apple Watch is up to date with our supplemental updates.
Restart both your watch and companion iPhone then test your watch battery.
