Apple ID had been disabled

Hello, my name is Nhi. My apple ID has been disabled. I couldn’t update apps, download or buy anything from apple store. I tried to fix by updating my payment and apple ID but it didn’t let me to. Could you please find out why and fix it? Thanks

If your account is disabled in iTunes you will need to contact apple to be able to unlock it.
