My iPhone keeps randomly shutting off, rebooting, etc, I checked the logs and it comes up with panic full? My phone is literally to the point it’s unusable. it’s iOS 14 and has been restored. No luck. It’s out of warranty and I’m not sure what to do?

Definitely not as easy as a screen repair, you can look for any other Certified Apple Repair centers in your area.
Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:

It reboots every 2-7 minutes, I cannot get calls, cannot call, cannot hear sound, cannot play or record videos. Cannot download apps as it shut offs before the download is ever completed leaving it in a loop of attempting. It’s not useable
I’ve tried to contact apple over and over and they don’t even know what this issue is. I’ll have to go to the apple store and sort it out myself but don’t want to waste an 1h 30m travel for no reason if I don’t get solutions, it’s out of warranty too.
