I got a virus in my Iphone7 please help

I went in an insecure site and I accidentally clicked subscribe . I git calendar scams but was able to fix it . Then my apple id password was changed . I changed it back but I Cant Log Out of my Apple Id l. I CANT USE MY PHONE CAMERA OR INSTAGRAM AND CAN’t even update status on Whatsapp. I can’t install Apple Support from Apps Store.
