My account was banned for an accident because of video I shared in group,Im trying to log in to another account from device but it says that an unexpected error occurred, I reseted all settings and tried all ways like reinstalling app and stuff but it still doesn’t work help me

Your device was probably banned. Trying to use another account to get around the ban is a violation of facebook's TOS
If you are getting an error trying to log into Facebook, you should reach out to Facebook for support..
There is nothing anyone here or at Apple can do about it.

You've been banned by them. They are the only ones who can reverse that.
I contacted apple cuz i wanna login to my another account but facebook app doesn’t allows me to do it so I thought maybe i can find way to clean cache or something like this because my 2nd account works on other devices but doesn’t works on mine so how can i clean cache (I reinstalled app and reseted every settings but it doesn’t works)
I tried to contact them for 5 times and i gave my personal id to them but they are just saying that they can’t accept it and don’t say reason so i don’t know what to do

As you've already been told, Facebook has more than likely banned your device. There is no workaround.
There is no cache you can clean that will fix this. Your phone is not permitted to log in to Facebook.
