I ordered arabic keyboard instead of english one by mistake? What should i do now

contact the seller. See if they will correct the situation. At least in the US when you order from apple, you have something like two weeks to make a no questions return.

An Arabic keyboard always also has English printed on it, if that matters for your needs.
