My iPad cannot connect to App Store even though I have wifi

I already reset all the settings and still the store is not working. I need help with these issue that's been going since the morning.

From our understanding, you’re unable to connect to the App Store on your iPad. We definitely want you to be able to access the App Store with ease, so we’d be happy to help out.


If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services - Apple Support has some great steps that can help you to resolve this.


If you’re still unable to connect on your iPad, let us know if the same thing occurs on other devices.
