How to allow untrusted shortcuts?

Try running one of the starter shortcuts from the Gallery in the Shortcuts app first. Then, check the Settings app again to see if the option is enabled.

To allow interested shortcuts you go into the settings app and then you scroll down and type shortcuts and then you do a double tap on the allow interested shortcuts you’ll be asked if you want to continue press allow on trusted shortcuts and then finding and trusted shortcut
