I have tried everything to get rid of this and everytime I open apple tv to watch a movie I purchased a day earlier the “there’s a problem loading this content” appears. My connection has nothing to do with it and nothings working.

If Apple’s online services have no outages, then the connection is the next thing to verify, though.
