Why can I not get mincraft with my apple gift card it makes me add a credit card
Have you actually redeemed the gift card and now have a $20 credit showing on your account?

Is the credit from the gift card sufficient to cover the cost of the app, plus any local sales tax added in the final steps of the purchase?
