iPhone 12 PRO fast charging with an 18 watt source possible?

Will the iPhone pro 12, be able to be fast charged using a PD 18watt charger.? It states that you need a 20watt to fast charger for an iPhone 12, however can you fast charge an iPhone 12 pro with an 18watt power charger ?

It will charge, but slower than with the 20 watt charger.
