I cant reset my phone and its being weird
How do I reset my iphone 11 when I cant use the buttons and siri wont reset it either

Did you mean reset your iPhone to Factory Settings where everything is wiped off and you set it up again OR did you mean perform a hard reboot via Force ReStart? I am assuming you meant the latter and therefore my response below:
Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:
- Press and quickly release Volume UP button
- Press and quickly release Volume DOWN button
- Press and Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears and then release the Side button (Can take up to 20 seconds. (DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF).
