I have got a new iPad - I want to use my 2 iPads but can’t get Facebook info on the new one although I have downloaded the app. Any ideas what I should do ?

All you should need to do is launch the Facebook app and sign into your Facebook account. If you have tried that, what happens?

How odd. Maybe you need to try contacting Facebook Support.
I have done that a it opens Facebook with my name but asking for me to add people . I am unable to see any of my friends or the news feed so it recognises me with my name but then nothing else on it ?
Hi yes I logged on properly with my ID and password that I use for my phone and other iPad but it comes up with my name but no friends or newsfeed .?
I even deleted the app then re installed it but no joy ?
Did you actually log in with your FB userid and password? If not, you could be just somebody else with the same name. (I'm guessing it picked up the name from the setting on your device, not from FB records.)
