iCloud mail not syncing across devices with latest iOS update

I just updated yesterday on both my MacBook Pro 8TB laptop to MacOS Catalina version 10.15.7 and my iphone Pro max 11 to iOS version 14.1 which is the latest as of Oct. 24, 2020.

Now my email has stopped syncing my email. I use the @me, @mac, and @icloud email because I was one of the first to use the me.com email. So I all three aliases and now they all stopped syncing between my devices.

I have restarted both devices, I have logged out of Apple ID and relogged back in. the only thing I have not done is remove apple ID and delete all info on my device and add it back in.

This is major. I need my email to sync.
