I want to monitor an elderly parent’s Apple Watch with my phone. With a Series 6 watch I’ve tried Family Sharing, connecting his watch to my phone, but it doesn’t offer features like oxygen levels and is awkward to monitor. What I really need would be his watch paired to his phone but notifies me if there’s a fall or irregular heart issue. Is something like this available?

I understand this. But my situation is a 94 year old that I want to monitor if he falls or has a heart issue, I want to know on my phone.
Both these methods send you a text message after they make a call to the emergency services.
