Removing leading zero?!?!?!?

Apparently they down-dated pages abilities. You USED to be able to present a percentage in a table WITHOUT the leading zero. However, opening my pages document in the updated (and even iCloud version)no longer lets me KILL the leading zero??

Where now is the option to get rid of the leading zero??

HELP!?

Could we see a screen shot of a calculated percentage showing a leading zero?

The zero should be included if the fraction is less than 1/100, making the percentage less than 1

Fractions equal to or greater than 1/100 should display a positive integer before the decimal point, if any.

If these are entered values, please provide examples showing the value AS ENTERED (format the cell as text for this) and as displayed when the same entry was made into a cell formatted as Percentage.

Barry
