Activity App & Watch not matching.

My Apple Watch activity isn’t syncing properly with the activity app. My exercise minutes show, but the actual workout doesn’t show in the iPhone activity app. My stand hours numbers match but the blue lines don’t all show in the activity app. I’m having to manually add the workout so it shows in the app, then it shows double on the watch.
