Hello i just notice that when i connect to usb-c thunderbolt 3 via a adapter for normal usb devices such as apple superdrive or external drive or even a flash memory stick nothing is happening seem the 4 thunderbolt 3 port do nothing.
is there something i am missing?

Try resetting the SMC first.
Then if possible, try that adapter on another TB3/USB-C Mac.
If that doesn’t work, you may have gotten a faulty adapter and need to get a replacement.
Also note, that there are loads of aftermarket USB-C to USB adapters that will work.

The Apple Superdrive uses more power than normal for USB. The USB-A ports on Apple computers can provide this extra power, but USB-C to USB-A adapters may not. Try using one of the Mac mini's USB-A ports with no adapter. Other USB devices should work with the adapters.
What adapter(s) are you using?
If you think that you may have inadvertently tripped the port overloads, try resetting the Mac Mini’s SMC.
