What level do you have to be to forward things to the mods?

To report something to the moderators, you need to be at Level 2.

You actually just use the report button (visible when you’re level 2) to report either an inappropriate post or one that violates the ToU or, if it contains private information, ask them to edit out the email address (or whatever). Just be careful so you don’t overdo the reporting; I only use it when absolutely necessary (or private info is showing that should be removed quickly before some crooks have a chance to harvest it.
