Anti-Reflective/Glare coating repair eligibility

I'm currently using a MacBook Pro (Retina, 13- inch, Early 2015), and I'd like to know if I'm still eligible for the Anti-Reflective Coating Repair Program.

Anti-Glare wearing off on MacBook pro late 2015 Hi, for a year now I've been having issues with the anti-glare on my MacBook Pro 2015. I was told that Apple extended the warranty on the anti-glare as it was a known issue. By now, the warranty is probably expired, so how can I fix that issue of the Anti-Glare wearing off?
