Have an old Macbook Pro (15" mid 2009). How can I reset/restore my new iPhone SE to factory settings on another Mac?

Already seen this. I cannot restore my new iPhone SE 2020 on my Mac as it is not recognised (Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan). Therefore I need to connect to a computer that has the latest iTunes version (12.10). Will try this next week and let you know.
