Can i charge iPhone 12 with 18W adapter instead 20W adapter ? Is 18W adapter supports fast charging ? Thanks.

Only if the 18 watt charger uses USB-C.

You can use 18 watt usb c adapter and still have fast charging and also 20 watts supports fast charging
