Apple banned my account

So my account was banned for *security reasons* when i tried to contact the support they told me its for security reasons and apple cant tell me the exact reason.

im the owner of my account and no one other than me never logged in, my phone is not jailbroken, i dont have a credit card or any subscription, i recharge my funds with apple itunes gift cards.

yesterday i recharged 200 euros of gift cards and now i can’t use any because my account is locked for * security reasons*

Ty for responding but i tried everything, when i contact the support they only tell me my account is permanently banned for security reasons, but cant even tell me what reasons.
