Apple Pay not working on iPhone 12 Pro

Go to settings> General> language&region

Your regions might say US but it’s actually not. Go in there and tap on US and it’ll ACTUALLY setting your region to US. That just worked for me

Your issue probably comes from the case you have on your phone. I had the same issue and the magsafe case was the problem. I tried using Apple Pay without the case and it worked !!

Are you depressing the button on the side of the iPhone twice when trying to use ApplePay at the checkout? This is a different procedure from earlier iPhones. You also may see a request for a passcode even though you hadn't needed to do this with ApplePay on earlier iPhones. If that is an issue the number required is your lock unlock passcode for your iPhone.

My new 12 pro did not show Wallet & Apple Pay on settings. To fix the problem go to General- Region and change to Canada. W&AP will show. Now change region again to US. Voila!!

Yes I had this problem… I realize that although my Apple Pay credit cards were set up, my wallet was not set up. After I set up my wallet the double click started working. Hope this helps

My issue is also related to Apple Pay but a bit different. I am unable to add a credit card in Apple Pay on my new iPhone 12 Pro. The card is working perfectly fine with iPhone 7 Plus so I guess there is no issue with the card but with Apple Pay in iPhone 12 Pro.

Yea i got put on lost mode cause had to log on to find where I left it. So when I went to send someone. Tried to and asked for my Apple ID. Put in and there was another place to add it an i click an click and wont pull up keyboard
