iPad Pro only charging on computer

My iPad Pro 11 inch (2nd Gen) is driving me crazy. I have been charging it using the same cables and chargers that I’ve been using for the past few years. But all the sudden it wouldn’t charge. I bought new Apple cable & charger, moved to different outlets, tried many different combinations: no luck. I went to the Apple Store, the technician plugged it into a computer, and it started to charge! I brought it back home, and again it wouldn’t charge through a charger & outlet, but it would charge if I plugged it into my computer. WTF? Does anybody have any idea why this might be happening?
