I forgot the password for my ipad so i was trying to restore through itune but it keep telling that unknown error occurd (4)

So what's the issue?
Do you want latest version of iTunes 14.1? Or your disabled iPad?
Actually my IPad is disabled.
when I tried to restore with iTunes it said I need newer version of iTunes 14.17.
basically I need to restore my iPad.
