WiFi Connected, but no internet?

My iPad 3G is connected to WiFi but i cannot access the internet, when i check the WiFi information on the iPad the Subnet Mask and IP Address are filled but the router, DNS, Search Domains, and Client Id fields are empty. I am connected on my macbook Pro and on my iPod to the Wifi and it works perfectly. What solutions are available?

iPad 3G, iOS 4, bought in 2010

Also, I just noticed that the IP address that appears on my iPad starts with 169 rather than the 192 that appears on my other devices

I did a reset of network setting and it solved my problem

i am having the same problem. how did you reset the network setting.? i tried to log out of my network and log back in and that did nothing for me. thanks
