Stuck null app/cant download or delete

Downloaded “Mobile legends”,but than deleted. The app got stuck.:

1)it appears as “null app”

2)cant find the “null file” in storage to delete it from there

3)cant download it again from app store since it says OPEN but when i press game crashes

4)tried to log out from icloud/app store didnt solve problem

i tried to forse restart my iphone but no luck the app still appears.

I was told to factory reset my phone but dont want to do it.Any other methods?

How can i fix the issue? Either remove the app or download it again on my phone...
