I am adding my debit card details and then i press done then i am getting problem of wrong credit card number but i am adding my debt card details its showing credit card

If the payment was declined -- If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support.

I have also tried with different card but now it was showing declined and some updates was telling
Check with your bank that issued the card as there may be a disconnect between your name and/or billing address perhaps.
