Organizing App Library

My App Library randomly unorganized itself, it put all my downloaded apps in the “other” folder. Is there any way to fix this?

iPhone 11, iOS 14

Does not seem to be a way to move them from folder to folder

Organize the Home Screen and App Library on your iPhone

Best ignore App Library til they design in improvements.
