Get Apple TV+ keeps appearing

I am trying to watch On the Rocks but instead of having the option to watch, it just says Get Apple TV . If I click this and follow the prompts, it tells me I am already subscribed (which I am) but the Get Apple TV continues to appear and cannot watch

apple tv does not sign in android Hi. I have a nvidia shield. ATV is installed on it. Its not sideloaded just appeared one day. I have broadly ignored it. But something has cropped up we are interested in so I have signed up to apple TV+ at 4.99 as month. Signed in. I still cannot play , it just says 'how to watch' but there is no method to actually watch? If I click how to watch it says I need a subscription, but I have one attached to the login I just used. The app is super confusing because there is an ATV element and an ATV+ element Whats the deal here, how do I get this to 'just work' like every other streaming service on earth? Cheers PLEASE NOTE this is not apple tv hardware, the list of topics here is pathetic.

Try restarting the device by unplugging it from it's power source, leave it unplugged about 30 minutes. Then re-power and retest.
