Why won’t it let me turn on personalized ads
I won’t let me turn on personalized ads when I go to privacy in my setting

We see from your post that you are unable to turn on personalized ads on your iPhone. We're happy to take a look into this with you.
To clarify, under Settings > Privacy > Apple Advertising, do you see an option to toggle on Personalized Ads? If not, we'd recommend making sure your iPhone is updated to the latest iOS version: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
