Hello, I have deleted my previous Apple ID, and created new one, when I try to login new Apple ID on my phone it’s gives me error, iPhone ask me to enter old password to old ID, then it’s tells me that ID doesn’t exist. I am stuck . I can’t login my new ID, also I guess all my music and pictures deleted ?

Unfortunately, yes. It was very important when deleting your AppleID that you followed the instructions exactly. As specifically mentioned, if you don’t sign that AppleID out on all devices before it is deleted, those devices will be useless to you after it is deleted.
There is no fix. You did not follow instructions and sign the deleted AppleID out before it was deleted. Now that it is deleted, there is nothing you nor Apple can do about it.

So, is it mean I can’t use my phone anymore? Is it rubbish now ?
