I am reading instructions on how to change the name of existing albums on my iPhone. It says “go to album” and “press more (...) button in upper right hand corner”. There is none!! ?????? Please help. Thanks. I am up to date. I have an iPhone 11 max
Open Photos ➔ Albums (bottom bar) ➔ Tap on an Album ➔ Tap on Three Dots (Top Right): This will pop up a sub-menu and in it select Rename Album.

Looks like Screen Time Restrictions are active on your iPhone and that is not allowing you to make any changes to photos.
Open Settings ➔ Screen Time ➔ Content & Privacy Restrictions ➔ Photos : Here set this option to ALLOW CHANGES.

Thank you. The problem remains, however. I go into photos>album>“selected album”, but the three dots are not on the upper right corner....all is there is “select” prompting to select individual pictures. ??? Thanks.
