2019 Macbook Pro 13" battery "service recommended"??

My last MBP, late 2013, lasted until late 2017-18 before asking for a battery service. My new 2019 macbook pro is already saying service required after just over a year? What's going on?

Service Recommended (MacBook Pro 2019 13-inch) 3 days ago, I just check my Mac battery and realized that there's a notification said "Service Recommended", but my battery cycle count does reach it maximum capacity yet. I have been using this MacBook for 3 years now, should I go to the apple service and replace the new battery? or should I wait for the count cycle to reach 800-900 then change? (MacBook Pro 2019 13-inch has the maximum cycle of 1000).

Never mind for now, after restart it vanished... but will keep an eye out!
