Problem

why can’t I view they lyrics on Apple Music , it says It has explicit lyrics and o can only view them on certain songs

You can manage your restrictions in Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Content Restrictions, from there make sure that "Music, Podcasts & News" has Explicit shown. If not, just tap to make that change.
