App subscriptions

I subscribed to a app free for a week. When I go to my subscriptions it doesn’t give me an option to cancel. It only states to resubscribe choose an option But the email says I need to cancel 24 hours before it automatic renews. This is confusing since it doesn’t give me a option to cancel only the option to resubscribe?
