How to mark mail as NOT-junk?

I can't for the life of me figure out how to mark mail NOT-junk. I can't find/don't have the not-junk button, and read years old posts that it's disappeared since a long time ago? Not possible to right-click, either. I dunno how many times I've dragged a so called spam-mail to my inbox, thinking it might learn. But to no avail. Also, my contacts are updated.

My Mac runs on Mojave 10.14.06

Anyone? Thx a bundle!

Eventually mail app should "understand" that this is not spam.

You can also exclude people from your contacts to ever be marked as spam:

  1. Select Mail > Preferences from the menu in Apple Mail.
  2. Select the Junk Mail tab.
  3. In the section labeled The following types of messages are exempt from junk mail filtering, place a check mark in the box in front of Sender of message is in my Contacts.
  4. Optionally, check Sender of message is in my Previous Recipients, as well.
  5. Optionally, check Message is addressed using my full name.
