Adding new apple ID

Hi,

we’re new in this...

i own an iPad iOS 14.1. Can my wife add her Apple ID in the iPad so she can use it freely like I do.

adding a new Apple ID will will corrupt my data?

can we just switch Apple ID when is in use by a different user?

No. iPads are designed as single user devices.

You cannot add additional Apple IDs and switch between them.
