iPhone XS "I am unable to find face ID and passcode"

I am unable to locate the "Face ID and passcode" setting. I'm just wondering what happened to this or there is a problem with my iPhone at this time. iPhone XS max

Some users were able to fix this by changing Passcode Changes to Allow (in Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions). If it's already set to Allow, try to toggle it to Don't Allow and back to Allow.

Hi,

Yes, this is exactly what is missing. There is no icon with the words next to it "face ID and passcode" in my settings list. I tried shutting off my iPhone and after turning it back on, this is still missing. My iOS software is up-to-date too.
