MY IPADPRO 10 5 64G CHARGES ONLY IF I TURN IT ON, WHEN IT IS OFF IT DOESN'T CHARGE

Getting a New Cable for Charging:
Also, consider getting a new cable for charging your iPhone. It doesn't have to be of Apple brand, though I find it being a bit more trustworthy going brand-for-brand, being such an expensive device.
