Sharing iPhoto library with Windows PC?

Is there any way (even using a 3rd party solution) to share an iPhoto library to Windows users, so they can browse pictures by albums? I used a Macbook Pro as my primary system, but my gf uses a Windows based PC. She likes to put together photo books, but it's a pain that the only way for her to get pictures is for me to copy them for her.
