Deleted note

One of my notes has disappeared and it's not on the recently deleted folders. Is there any way I can search through my phone's back ups to find it? It was a very important note

If the notes were stored in iCloud, then it won't be considered a part of the backup. If not in the Recently Deleted folder, then it sounds like the notes are irrevocably gone.
